Chair Yoga Series
Class will gently explore introductory yoga postures while we move, breathe and stretch our entire body. Continuous support is provided by a cushioned chair and props to keep you feeling safe and confident.
We will focus on functional movements and being gentle with your body while staying
mindful of your abilities, whatever they are.
This class is accessible to all levels and is especially beneficial to seniors and students who are new to yoga or exercise, dealing with range of motion limitations or recovering
from an injury. This class is gentle and low-impact.
Class is lead by Katie Kuykendall, 200 CYT
