Rip and Roll:   Blast all your major muscle  groups with this high rep muscular endurance class.  Using adjustable barbells, weight plates, and bodyweight, this 45 minute workout will challenge you to strengthen and tone your muscles  like never before. Follow it up with some soft tissue rolling out to aid in recovery.
HIIT Circuit:    This class uses HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING for 30 minutes to strengthen your muslces and create endurance. This is followed up with 15 minutes of stretching. 
Strength & Stretch:    Executing fundamental strength movements emphasizing technique and form. This class is designed for the individual looking to improve their strength and flexibility. 
Performance Ride:  High energy music and dynamic instructors characterize this indoor cycling class that encourages you to perform at your very best. 

Ride & Core:  This class combines 30 minutes of indoor cycling followed by 15 minutes of focused ab and core work.
3-in-1:    Get cardio, strength, and stretching in 1 workout. You will be encouraged to challenge yourself at an appropriate intensity. 
Zumba ® :   "Fitness dance parties" that blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a cardio workout celebration. 
20-15-10:  Do it all in one workout - 20 minutes of cardio / 15 minutes of strength / 10 minutes of stretching
Pilates Fusion:  Utilizing the principles designed by founder Josef Pilates, pilates will strengthen the stabilizing muscles of your entire body with focus on the core. 
Total Flexibility:  This fitness movement class utilizes low impact movement patterns to improve mobility, balance, and body awareness - Feel looser and move easier. 

Long and Lean: Breath and movement in a smooth, progressive and flowing sequence. This style builds heat, strength, flexibility while staying focused on intentional alignment and safe transitions.

Group fitness is a great place to begin working out because you will receive safe and effective guidance from your instructor.  Classes create and maintain a motivating workout environment. You will meet a community of people where you will feel included and supported by both the students and instructor. Through positive interactions with your peers, group fitness creates a high level of camaraderie and accountability. We offer a diverse group of classes to keep you interested and keep the classes exciting

Group Fitness - Weekly Schedule

Spin: High energy music and a supportive virtual instructor characterize this indoor cycling class that encourages you to perform at your very best. Courses vary throughout the week and include scenic rides through Colorado, England, Arizona, Scotland and Florida.
Xtreme HIIT: Employs HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING to strengthen your muscles, burn fat and create endurance.  This class combines fundamental movements with energetic bursts and keeps you interested and feeling invigorated.
Tone It Up TBW: Executing body weight strength movements emphasizing technique and form.  This class is designed for the individual looking to improve their strength, endurance and flexibility for their entire body.
Tae Bo Shred: Cardio and strength fused into one upbeat class focused on increasing heart rate, building core endurance and total body strength.
Dance n’ Sweat: Blend upbeat music and rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, boost cardio, increase endurance and have fun!
Yoga Warehouse: Total body strength and length with a smooth yet active movement pattern to challenge and stabilize the body and focus the mind while staying efficient with breath.  

Additional Classes: The virtual class schedule is flexible and we can add / schedule a class for you any time there is not an in-person class occurring in one of the classrooms. Additional class options include: Piloxing, Doonya (Dance) Cardio or Total Body Workout, Xtreme Burn Core, Xtreme Burn Diesel, Xtreme Burn HIIT, Yoga – Downtown or Indoors. Class lengths vary from 25 minutes to 60 minutes. Please speak with a front desk staff member to schedule or start a class for you.
